Logic chip

The CD405xB analog multiplexer and demultiplexer are digitally controlled analog switches with low on-resistance and very low OFF leakage current. It features a wide range of digital and analog signal levels, with on-chip binary address decoding, 5 V, 10 V and 15 V parameter ratings, a maximum input current of 1 µA at 18 V full load, and a package temperature range between 18 V and 100 nA at 25°C. Its application fields include analog and digital multiplexing and demultiplexing, and so on.
