The CD4069UB device is composed of six CMOS inverter circuits. These devices can be used in all general-purpose inverter applications that do not require the circuit's medium power TTL drive and logic level conversion functions, such as the CD4009 and CD4049 six-way inverters and buffers. Medium-speed operation: tPHL, tPLH = 30ns, 10V (typical value), in the full package temperature range.
