LM393

Dual comparator

LM393 is a dual voltage comparator integrated circuit. All devices contain two independent voltage comparators, which can operate from a single power supply over a wide voltage range. The quiescent current has nothing to do with the power supply voltage, and the output can be connected to other open collector outputs to achieve wire-and logic. LM393 maximum rating: up to 38V, low input offset voltage: 0.37mV, low input bias current: 3.5nA, low supply current: 200µA per comparator.
