TLP521、TLP521-2 and TLP521-4 series of optical coupling isolators consist of an infrared light-emitting diode and a NPN silicon light transistor in a space-efficient two-wire plastic package.

Isocom company's TLP521-4 is a through-hole mounted optocoupler isolator DIP 16 pin package. isolators include infrared light-emitting diodes and NPN silicon phototransistors. This isolator is widely used in computer terminals, industrial system controllers, signal transmitters between different potential and impedance systems.
